These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WantSMS (“WantSMS”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and any related websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by FelixTech LLC.
By creating an account, purchasing credits/subscriptions, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updated Terms become effective when posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We may refuse, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you do not meet eligibility requirements.
3) Accounts & Security
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your account information up to date.
- Maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether or not you authorized it.
Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, bans, limits, pricing rules, promotions, or security controls is not allowed.
4) Acceptable Use / Prohibited Activities
You may only use the Service in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Use the Service for illegal activity or to facilitate illegal activity.
- Attempt to abuse, exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that violates the policies or terms of any third‑party website/app where you use a number.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to others without our written permission.
5) Phone Numbers (Temporary & Rental)
5.1 Numbers are provided “as-is”
Phone numbers (“Numbers”) made available through the Service are provided on an “as available” basis. Availability may change at any time.
We do not guarantee that a specific country or service will be available at all times. Certain countries or services may go out of stock and may become available again later.
5.2 Ownership and control of Numbers
Numbers are not your property. They are controlled by the Service/provider.
This does not mean you cannot use a Number on third‑party sites/apps for verification. It means you should not assume permanent ownership or exclusive long-term control unless you have an active rental subscription for that Number.
5.3 How you may use Numbers
You may use Numbers provided through the Service to receive verification codes from third‑party websites and applications for your own use.
You may not:
- resell or transfer Numbers, or
- allow others to use your Numbers (unless explicitly permitted by us).
5.4 Temporary Numbers (expiry / reuse)
Temporary Numbers are designed for short verification flows. Our temporary Numbers:
- may be reused within 24 hours, and
- may expire after 24 hours. After expiry, we cannot reuse them, even if you pay. Temporary Numbers are not usable after 24 hours.
5.5 Long‑term Rental Numbers (renewal)
Long‑term rental Numbers can be purchased for longer periods (for example: weeks, months, or longer) and can be renewed before expiry. Rental Numbers can typically be reused multiple times as long as your subscription remains active and the Number remains available within our network.
5.6 Verification-only scope
The Service is intended for receiving SMS messages for verification. We only deliver the SMS message to your dashboard. You are responsible for:
- complying with the rules/policies of the websites/apps you use,
- using Numbers responsibly and lawfully,
- keeping any codes confidential, and
- any errors you receive on third‑party websites/apps (although we can help you troubleshoot).
6) Purchases, Credits, Pricing
We may offer pay-as-you-go credits and/or subscriptions (for example, for rental Numbers). We accept various payment methods, which may include credit/debit cards and cryptocurrencies. Payment methods may change over time.
7) Cancellation & Refund
7.1 Cancellation
You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain subscriptions may be cancellable via your account dashboard (if available). We may also suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
7.2 Refund policy (case-by-case)
Refunds (credit or monetary) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may deny a refund in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms.
We may consider refunds for:
- unused credits, or
- a Number purchase where no verification SMS was received, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after troubleshooting.
8) Delivery of Service
Service delivery is online and typically available immediately after account activation and successful payment.
If delivery fails or you experience issues receiving messages, you must contact support so we can troubleshoot.
9) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular Number will work for a particular third‑party service.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WantSMS will not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or
- loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities,
arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WantSMS from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- your misuse of the Service,
- your violation of these Terms,
- your violation of any law or third‑party rights, or
- your use of Numbers on third‑party websites/apps.
