4) Verification messages & number usage data
4.1 Message visibility
The Service is designed to display incoming verification messages in your dashboard. Depending on how the Service operates, we may process and store message-related data needed to display your activity and provide customer support.
4.2 What we store (retention)
To operate the Service and show your dashboard history:
- We store temporary number reservation details for a limited period (typically up to 6 months).
- We store your account’s number usage/history (for dashboard history and support) typically up to 1 year.
We may retain limited technical and security records (such as access logs, abuse-prevention records, and payment reference IDs) for a limited period as needed for security, compliance, and dispute handling.
5) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to:
- keep you signed in (session cookies),
- maintain account security, and
- ensure the website functions properly.
Analytics / advertising cookies
We do not use third‑party analytics or advertising trackers at this time (for example Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel).
6) Payments
We use third‑party payment processors Stripe (card payments) and Blockonomics (cryptocurrency payments) to handle payments.
- Card payments (Stripe): Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes in our systems. You may see Felixtech LLC as the merchant/descriptor in Stripe checkout screens or on your card statement.
- Crypto payments (Blockonomics): Crypto payments are processed through Blockonomics. We do not store private keys.
Payment records we store
To confirm payments, credit your account, prevent duplicate credits, and support billing inquiries, we may store limited payment records in our database, such as:
- internal order number,
- payment status (created/pending/paid/failed),
- credits purchased / amount and currency,
- timestamps,
- processor references (for example a Stripe Checkout reference number or payment intent reference; or a crypto order/transaction reference when available).
Detailed payment information is handled by the payment processors and banks and is subject to their own privacy policies and retention practices.
7) How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in limited situations:
- Service providers (processors): We rely on third‑party providers for infrastructure and operational functions such as hosting, security, payment processing, and sending account/support emails.
